Diane Joyce – Solutions and Architecture Practice Director

Di

Diane Joyce is a strategy leader with an enviable background in shaping the enterprise technology and service architecture for major accounts across the globe. She has worked with governments, regulators and private sector organisations in the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Australia, USA and New Zealand to transform technology and information to deliver service.

Diane has been pivotal in the creation of the UK Digital Citizen Identity marketplace; sitting on the government/private sector partnership Identity Steering Group (IDSG), she has provided thought leadership, architecture design and innovation in the propagation of trusted online transactions in the digital age. Within this role, Diane worked with government to set the strategy for standardisation of the way in which identities are assured and asserted online in a way that provides trust, whilst maintaining privacy, auditability and interoperability. Diane has worked with blue chip corporations to implement the technology and service architecture required to become certified identity providers as part of the GOV.UK Verify identity scheme.

Clients recognise the value that Diane provides to their organisation, making her a sought after resource. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable with a deep understanding of architectural design and implementation principles. She has successfully designed and implemented enterprise wide architecture for Public Key Infrastructure, Data and Business Intelligence Warehouses, Retail Point of Sale, Inventory Management Systems, Customer Relationship. Management, Service Oriented Architectures, Identity & Access Management, Banking & Financial Transaction Integration amongst many other initiatives. Diane brings vision, knowledge, technical understanding and delivery capability that drives successful outcomes.

Bryn Robinson-Morgan – Customer and Propositions Practice Director

A leader in digital transformation. Self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic about delivering world-class customer experiences. With excellent knowledge and experience of utilising technology to deliver business change in agile, fast paced industry. Skilled in utilising innovation and engagement to shape strategy to delivers business goals.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Product Lead for the launch of citizen digital identity services with two of the UK’s leading brands. A key voice in the establishment of a trusted identity framework for the UK Government as part of their digital by default agenda and GOV.UK Verify Programme.
  • Principle Analyst for the delivery of the world’s first instance of a highly secure, accredited biometric enrolment within a retail environment. Accountable for providing a customer centric service with convenience and accessibility provided without degradation of security.
  • Principle Analyst for the implementation of self-service automated mail kiosks into Post Office® Branch Network. Responsible for delivering a service which reduced customer queuing times, reduced staff costs and modernised the customer experience in branch.
  • Technical Designer for the automation of the customer journey for international money transfers using the Post Office® Branch Network. Accountable for integrating the existing Point of Sale terminal with the systems of worldwide market leading money transfer provider. The business process transformation utilised technology to implement efficiencies that would remove offline helpdesk processes, improve the customer experience, provide accurate financial reconciliation and maintain regulatory compliance. The result of this has continued to drive revenue growth for the product.

Vadim Adams – Change & Transformation Director

Vadim Adams is a leader of major change and transformation programmes with clients. He has a strong background across retail, finance, government, healthcare, defence, technology and telecoms sectors.   He has extensive experience of programme delivery that provide consistently high quality business outcomes. Vadim brings vision and energy to the teams that he leads, ensuring that strategic aims are understood and embraced by all team members.  He has the ability to unite the people around him in pursuit of a common objective.

His strengths are in his ability to analyse complex situations and break them down into a clear and deliverable strategy that is understood and supported by all.  He is a driven, ambitious and determined visionary with the wherewithal to deliver upon his goals.

Recently, at Duradiamond Healthcare, he successfully led a strategic Data Migration and Business Transformation programme for this leading occupational health provider.  This involved changing their core technology platform whilst modernising their operational business processes to deliver improved financial trading position.

At TT Services, a leading travel visa facilitation company, Vadim implemented class leading account management and sales processes.  He worked with the internal team to provide clarity over their people management and organisation structure; giving clarity to the roles and responsibilities within the structure.  The outcome of this activity positioned TT Services as organisation optimised for winning major new business deals with a repeatable business model suitable for global scale roll out.

Vadim provided consultancy to DAEKYO, a South Korean based start-up, to develop a go to market strategy for entry into the UK education sector.  He used his analytical skills to understand the existing business model and trading practice to shape a target operating model for the UK market.  This involved putting in place good practice marketing, financial and business management for international operations, ensuring that DAEKYO were positioned for rapid and sustainable growth both in the UK and globally.

As a commercial lead at Post Office, he was responsible for reducing spend and increasing profitability through lean process improvement, new business proposition development and supplier and client contract negotiation.  This included working with Post Office’s largest corporate account – Royal Mail Group, to define a commercial strategy for mutual growth and success.  Vadim also acted as Solution Lead to win a competitive bid with the UK Government’s Department for Work and Pensions for their benefits payment card account.  This involved being accountable for all aspects of solution from technical and process to financial position and money flows.

Previously, Vadim has held positons in Business Architecture, Proposition Development and Programme Management Glue Reply, Sopra Steria and Logica (now CGI) delivering major change programmes for healthcare and government clients.
